Now that Autumn is upon us, we thought it would be great to remember the sunshine and fun of our summer outings this year!

Mead Open  Farm – What a great day out, with tractors, trampolines and photo-bombing alpacas!

Southend-on-Sea – Well, who doesn’t love a day at the seaside? With Adventure Land rides, fish and chips on the pier, paddle in the waves, ice creams in the sun and even a visit to the aquarium! And with travel by coach, no worries of driving or parking. No wonder this is always a firm favourite with our families!

Horse-riding at Stockwood Park –  Horse rides, grooming the ponies, followed by picnics in the lovely gardens of the Discovery Centre and later  tea, cake and ice-creams at the  café whilst the children have plenty of chance to burn off energy in the playground.  What a fab day for everyone!

We also had our usual session of ten pin bowling for our teenagers and adults with Down’s syndrome and their siblings. This also included everyone having some food at MacDonald’s beforehand. Always a fun evening for all!

Paradise Wildlife Park – something for everyone – Tyrannosaurus Rex, lazing lions, mini golf, paddling pool and playground! No wonder we are always the last to leave!

We have many other activites throughout the year, including our Christmas Party, sledging, panto,  trips to the local theme park, Family BBQ and many others. If you would like you and your family to join us, then sign up for membership today!
